The wool in Friends Extra Fine Merino comes from South America, making it mulesing-free. The yarn is also superwash treated, letting you wash it in the washing machine at wool program at max. 86°F (30°C), which makes it perfect for everyday items.
We encourage you to be creative with this yarn and try working it using a double thread (of the same or two different colors), but also to pair it with a wonderful mohair yarn to give it a fluffy effect.

Then press the water out of the garment manually and without wringing. If you plan to hand wash your project, do not let it soak. We also recommend drying our Friends Extra Fine Merino flat and making sure that no part of your project is left hanging to make sure your project will not lose its shape.
